This year’s spirit week took an interesting turn. As you may know Desert Christian Academy started a house system, this system was incorporated into spirit week. Throughout the years we have done class spirit dances, each class competing against the other (9-12). This year’s varsity volleyball team played their hardest and represented our school proudly at every game. They are finishing their season this week with an exciting game against Woodcrest Christian on October 11 at 6:00 pm in the Bob Gaddini Memorial Gymnasium. This morning DCA students set up an opportunity to pray with and support the Xavier College Prep school community in wake of the recent car accident that impacted 3 Xavier students. The Compassion team prepared some posters and items and led a short prayer time as well.
