Last week our 6th graders had the privilege of experiencing their very first retreat. Where did they go? They were able to go to the exciting Palomar! With their wonderful chaperones/teachers (Ms. Luvano, Ms. Eccles, Mr. Wallace, Mr. Jacobus ) to go with them. Now let’s take a look at what our 6th graders thought about the retreat.

“It was fun and I liked how we learned how to work with each other and build up our skills like teamwork.”

What was your favorite part about the retreat?

“Chapel was my fav part because we played multiple games and we learned more about God.”

“Chapel was good and fun”

“My favorite part was getting closer to God.”

“It was good and I loved being with friends and the power outage that took place.”

What was your favorite part about the retreat?

“My favorite part was staying up there an extra day.”

“My favorite part was hanging out with friends and teachers that we don’t really get to bond with.”

We are so happy that all our 6th graders enjoyed their retreat. And they are all looking forward  to the next one.
